Quality

      We have an in-house designed three stage quality control system which does not leave any room for mistakes or carelessness. The first stage starts at quarry level where every individual block is carefully inspected. A 3D picture is drawn displaying all the characteristics. The second stage inspection is conducted upon sawing where the material is closely inspected & various findings are properly recorded to make sure that the process is with in control and we are not producing any defective product. At the final stage the polished finished product is inspected using various gadgets in a well illuminated area to ensure that it meets our quality standards. A proper recording is done at this level also. Before shipping, a photograph is taken of the material and the packing of every container and a proper record is maintained.

 

 

SHADE
   We strictly maintain the shade of the merchandise as desired by the client. While producing cut to size tiles, careful batching is done even when the material is cut from the same slab / block. 

REPAIRING/NETTING
  We do the repairing/netting to reasonable levels and not to the extent of joining two broken pieces. Moreover, more importantly, we use low viscosity epoxy based resins specially produced in Italy & Germany for stone application. We never use cheaper polyester-based resins, which have a limited life. 

THICKNESS
 While sawing we take a lot of care for the best result. A little carelesness would result in taper slabs. We maintain a very low down feed and regularly monitor the sharpness of diamonds to insure maximum tolerance of +/-0.5mm within a same slab. 

GLOSS / POLISH 
 We polish the Granite / Marble slabs & Tile on automatic multiple head line polishing machine from Breton- spa & peddrini spa of Italy. We never supply merchandise polished on "locally made table polishing machine". We achieve the gloss between 750 -900 and guarantee an excellent flatness, Proper pre bed preparation and suitable life of the gloss at international levels. 

SQUARENESS 
 We maintain Perfect geometry in cut to size materials; we use automatic bridge cutting machine from Italy. We never use locally made bridge cutting machines or conventional hand driven edge cutting machines
